WHY AGE WITH GRACE

The founder, Holli Grace Ward, and her husband Richard, understand how difficult and fragmented resources are when facing a crisis. After Richard’s stroke in 2007, they were faced with many challenges from understanding insurance coverage and cost of services, where to find those services, even environmental barriers in their own home.  Many years of research, training, education, experience, and frankly trial and error allow me and the team I have assembled walk with you to develop a plan that works for your family. Age With Grace believes, no matter your age or stage in life, we should all have goals. As Geriatric Care Managers, we will help you identify your goals, develop a plan, and explore resources that will help you achieve those goal. We discuss your safety, services available, and financial concerns regarding your plan. We meet you where you are and develop a plan that makes sense to you and your family.

Inspiration
